We’ve remade the kitchen staple without bulb or bite. Our gentle but unmistakably garlic flavor comes from garlic chives, common in Japanese cooking. Combined with beautiful Northern Californian sea salt, it livens up sauces, protein rubs, garlic bread or tasty veggies. Our chives are traceable and regeneratively sourced. No triggers, fillers or nonsense.
A GENTLE ALTERNATIVE TO GARLIC SALT: Each bottle is made from our own Garlic Chive Powder and pure kosher sea salt.
FILLER FREE: Free of the additives that are found in all other garlic salt substitutes (here's looking at you maltodextrin, corn starch and "natural flavors").
LOW FODMAP CERTIFIED: Low FODMAP foods have been shown to minimize gastrointestinal symptoms. This and all our products are certified low FODMAP by Monash University.
Please note: We have discounted this product by 50% because the "Best By" date is Nov 2024. There is nothing unsafe about this product beyond that date but some flavor reduces in all spices over time. We may or may not make more of this product in late Q4.
